{"id":4558338,"date":"2026-04-28T15:49:25","date_gmt":"2026-04-28T19:49:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/consulting-and-training-services\/"},"modified":"2026-04-28T16:29:46","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T20:29:46","slug":"services-de-conseil-et-de-formation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/services-de-conseil-et-de-formation\/","title":{"rendered":"Services de conseil et de formation pour le secteur de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dans le cadre du projet <a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/accroitre-le-pouvoir-du-personnel-2slgbtqia-dans-le-secteur-de-lenergie-canadien\/\"><strong>Accro\u00eetre le pouvoir du personnel 2SLGBTQIA+ dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/strong><\/a>, Fiert\u00e9 au travail Canada propose des services de conseil personnalis\u00e9s pour aider les employeurs du secteur de l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e0 transformer leurs engagements en mati\u00e8re d\u2019inclusion en mesures concr\u00e8tes adapt\u00e9es au terrain.<\/p>\n<p>En nous appuyant sur des recherches sur les exp\u00e9riences des travailleur\u00b7euses 2SLGBTQIA+ dans le secteur, nous aidons les organisations \u00e0 identifier des lacunes, \u00e0 d\u00e9finir des priorit\u00e9s et \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre des strat\u00e9gies visant \u00e0 renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la responsabilit\u00e9, la r\u00e9tention et la culture d\u2019entreprise au bureau, sur le chantier, dans les camps et sur les autres sites op\u00e9rationnels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nos services de conseil et de formation s\u2019articulent autour de cinq axes :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Harc\u00e8lement, violence et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique<\/li>\n<li>Cadre EDI 2SLGBTQIA+ adapt\u00e9 au terrain<\/li>\n<li>GRE et leadership<\/li>\n<li>Politiques et pratiques d\u2019inclusion des personnes trans et non binaires<\/li>\n<li>Toilettes inclusives et infrastructure des sites<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nous proposons diff\u00e9rents services (\u00e9valuation de la culture d\u2019entreprise et des risques, analyse et refonte des politiques, accompagnement des \u00e9quipes de direction et de supervision, \u00e9laboration de syst\u00e8mes de signalement, soutien aux GRE, formation) afin d\u2019outiller les organisations pour cr\u00e9er des environnements de travail plus inclusifs et instaurer une transformation durable et concr\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vous \u00eates un employeur du secteur de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et vous souhaitez b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de services de conseil et de formation gratuits?
