Mais les travailleurs et travailleuses 2SLGBTQIA+ restent invisibles dans les donn\u00e9es, non prot\u00e9g\u00e9s par les politiques, et exclus de la pleine promesse d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 au travail. Le r\u00e9sultat? Des \u00e9carts salariaux persistants, un taux de ch\u00f4mage plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, et des obstacles qui maintiennent nos communaut\u00e9s en marge.<\/p>\n<p>Ce septembre, dans le cadre de la Journ\u00e9e de mobilisation, des leaders et alli\u00e9\u00b7es 2SLGBTQIA+ de partout au pays se rendent sur la Colline du Parlement pour exiger des actions concr\u00e8tes. Notre message est clair :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inclure les personnes 2SLGBTQIA+ comme groupe d\u00e9sign\u00e9 dans la Loi sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi<\/li>\n<li>Moderniser la Loi pour refl\u00e9ter l\u2019intersectionnalit\u00e9 et les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s v\u00e9cues de nos communaut\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Veiller \u00e0 ce que les employeurs recueillent des donn\u00e9es sur la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre qui soient significatives, s\u00e9curitaires et inclusives<\/li>\n<li>Instaurer une v\u00e9ritable transparence et une reddition de comptes dans les rapports sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en emploi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Journ\u00e9e de mobilisation n\u2019est pas une simple rencontre. C\u2019est un mouvement.
