Chacun\u00b7e a partag\u00e9 des perspectives uniques, ancr\u00e9es autant dans des exp\u00e9riences professionnelles que personnelles. On a parl\u00e9 des limites de la simple visibilit\u00e9, de l\u2019impact de la d\u00e9sinformation sur l\u2019opinion publique, et du danger de r\u00e9duire l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 \u00e0 un exercice de communication. Plusieurs ont soulign\u00e9 qu\u2019on ne peut pas se contenter de d\u00e9fendre nos droits : il faut passer \u00e0 l\u2019offensive et transformer les syst\u00e8mes\u2014en particulier pour mieux inclure les personnes trans et de genre divers.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la table ronde, on a tenu une petite r\u00e9ception avec un groupe \u00e9largi de membres de la communaut\u00e9, d\u2019alli\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s et de professionnel\u00b7le\u00b7s. C\u2019\u00e9tait un moment plus informel, mais tout aussi riche, pour continuer la discussion dans un climat d\u2019\u00e9coute et d\u2019ouverture.
