Le monde des affaires est en constante \u00e9volution, et la promotion de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, de la diversit\u00e9 et de l\u2019inclusion (EDI) est devenue plus qu\u2019un concept \u00e0 la mode : c\u2019est un engagement strat\u00e9gique qui conduit \u00e0 des organisations plus fortes et plus innovantes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le potentiel de leadership du programme THRIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le programme THRIVE offre une opportunit\u00e9 unique de d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de leadership inclusif dans un environnement stimulant ax\u00e9 sur les exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues des personnes 2SLGBTQ+. En tant que gestionnaire, m\u2019impr\u00e9gner de ces exp\u00e9riences me permet de diriger avec authenticit\u00e9 et empathie, deux qualit\u00e9s essentielles pour instaurer la confiance et favoriser la r\u00e9ussite au sein de mon \u00e9quipe. Cela permet \u00e9galement de d\u00e9velopper un style de leadership ancr\u00e9 dans l\u2019inclusion et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique, contribuant \u00e0 une culture d\u2019entreprise inclusive et solidaire.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 THRIVE, j\u2019ai appris \u00e0 mieux comprendre comment les leaders 2SLGBTQ+ abordent les d\u00e9fis, comment d\u00e9fendre les communaut\u00e9s marginalis\u00e9es et comment promouvoir un leadership altruiste au sein des organisations.
