Cependant, Fiert\u00e9 au travail Canada a pers\u00e9v\u00e9r\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er un impact positif dans notre r\u00e9seau. Depuis le mois de mars, nous proposons chaque semaine des \u00e9v\u00e9nements en ligne aux employ\u00e9.e.s de nos <a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/our-network\/national-regional-partners\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">partenaires nationaux et r\u00e9gionaux<\/a> et pr\u00e9sentons un contenu important au grand public. Malgr\u00e9 la <a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/covid-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">distanciation physique et l\u2019annulation des \u00e9v\u00e9nements en personne<\/a>, nos \u00e9v\u00e9nements en ligne nous ont permis de communiquer avec des milliers de personnes \u00e0 travers le Canada et dans le monde. Nos sujets ont port\u00e9 sur l&#8217;impact de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, le langage et les communications inclusifs.ives, les alli\u00e9.e.s, l&#8217;inclusion des personnes trans et de genres divers, le leadership innovant, et plus encore. Nous avons \u00e9galement pu connecter avec un public plus large et plus diversifi\u00e9 qu\u2019auparavant gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des <a href=\"https:\/\/mailchi.mp\/prideatwork\/media-impressions-impressions-des-mdias\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">contenus \u00e9crits et des impressions m\u00e9diatiques<\/a> en rapport avec nos services et nos \u00e9v\u00e9nements.<\/p>\n<p>En plus de nos <a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/articles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">r\u00e9capitulatifs<\/a> li\u00e9s \u00e0 nos \u00e9v\u00e9nements Profiert\u00e9 virtuelle, Colin Druhan, notre directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, a \u00e9crit des articles pour <a href=\"http:\/\/inmagazine.ca\/author\/colin-druhan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IN Magazine<\/a>, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thestar.com\/sponsored_sections\/celebrating-pride-at-work\/2020\/06\/11\/being-_out_-at-work-takes-a-village.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Toronto Star<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/careerwise.ceric.ca\/2020\/06\/08\/making-meaningful-connections-lgbtq2-communications\/#.XvUNa0VKjIV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CareerWise<\/a>. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019invit\u00e9 de quelques baladodiffusions et a fait des apparitions lors d&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nements <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalexecutiveinstitute.com\/building-bridges-supporting-trans-employees\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pride en ligne<\/a>. Jade Pichette, notre gestionnaire des programmes, a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thestar.com\/opinion\/contributors\/2020\/06\/15\/where-is-the-t-in-lgbtq-inclusion.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00e9ditorial<\/a> avec Sarah Kaplan pour le Toronto Star au sujet de notre rapport sur <a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/transitioning-employers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">La transition des organismes employeurs<\/a>, la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude canadienne consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension des politiques et des pratiques visant \u00e0 soutenir les personnes trans et de genre non conforme en milieu de travail et effectu\u00e9e en partenariat avec l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gendereconomy.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Institute for Gender and the Economy<\/a> de la Rotman School of Management de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 de Toronto. Nous n&#8217;\u00e9tions pas la seule organisation queer \u00e0 figurer sur leur liste, et nous sommes fiers.\u00e8res de voir nos amis de Venture Out et de la Chambre de commerce LGBT+ du Canada avec nous sur cette liste. Figurer sur la liste de Bay Street Bull confirme l&#8217;importance de notre travail et la fa\u00e7on dont nous donnons aux organismes employeurs les moyens d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;inclusion des personnes LGBTQ2+.
