Bas\u00e9 sur le r\u00e9cent rapport \u00ab Accro\u00eetre le pouvoir du personnel 2SLGBTQIA+ dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00bb, publi\u00e9 par Pride at Work Canada, ce webinaire propose des actions concr\u00e8tes que les employeurs, les syndicats et les partenaires communautaires peuvent entreprendre.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant 90 minutes, nous commencerons par une br\u00e8ve pr\u00e9sentation des principaux constats issus de l\u2019\u00e9tude qualitative nationale impliquant le personnel 2SLGBTQIA+, des dirigeants d\u2019entreprise et des leaders en ressources humaines, ainsi que des organisateurs communautaires.
