Alors que le mouvement anti-genre intensifie ses attaques contre les communaut\u00e9s queer et trans, il est plus crucial que jamais que les employeurs r\u00e9affirment leurs responsabilit\u00e9s l\u00e9gales et \u00e9thiques afin d\u2019assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de tou\u00b7te\u00b7s les employ\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.03px;\">Fiert\u00e9 au travail Canada\/Pride at Work Canada \u00e9quipe son r\u00e9seau avec les outils et strat\u00e9gies n\u00e9cessaires pour traverser cette crise. Des mots comme \u00ab inclusion \u00bb et \u00ab appartenance \u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tourn\u00e9s et charg\u00e9s de connotations n\u00e9gatives. Pourtant, en vertu de la loi canadienne, tous les employ\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s ont droit \u00e0 un milieu de travail exempt de discrimination et de harc\u00e8lement. Notre r\u00f4le \u2013 et le v\u00f4tre \u2013 est de faire respecter ces droits, non pas comme une simple question de valeurs d\u2019entreprise, mais comme une obligation l\u00e9gale.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-bottom: 18px;\">Nos actions concr\u00e8tes<\/h2>\n<p>Nous travaillons sans rel\u00e2che pour offrir \u00e0 nos Fi\u00e8r\u00b7e\u00b7s partenaires les ressources n\u00e9cessaires afin de contrer la d\u00e9sinformation et de garantir des milieux de travail s\u00e9curitaires et inclusifs.
