Tout le monde peut avoir des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s et les psychologues sugg\u00e8rent que nous avons tous tr\u00e8s probablement commis ou subi des microagressions.<\/p>\n<p>La microp\u00e9die des microagressions permet de s&#8217;informer sur les diff\u00e9rentes microagressions subies par les personnes et de d\u00e9sapprendre les comportements qui en sont la cause afin de cr\u00e9er des milieux de travail, des \u00e9coles et des interactions sociales plus inclusives. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un module de soumission par les utilisateurs, toute personne peut contribuer \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9laboration de nouvelles entr\u00e9es, afin que cette ressource devienne un outil solide et utile pour les individus et les organisations.<\/p>\n<p>La recherche et le contenu ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9s en collaboration avec la Black Business and Professional Association (BBPA), le Congr\u00e8s canadien sur la diversit\u00e9 inclusive et l&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9 en milieu de travail, Fiert\u00e9 au travail Canada et le Diversity Institute de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 m\u00e9tropolitaine de Toronto, en consultation avec des personnes ayant subi des microagressions.
