As an SAP Payroll Business Analyst, you will partner with IT and assigned business line(s) to assess, research, analyze and document SAP HR business and systems needs, and make SAP configuration changes, in order to resolve business systems issues by recommending business solutions that meet sponsor/stakeholder needs.

You will partner with IT and assigned business line(s) to assess, research, analyze and document SAP HR business and systems needs, and make SAP configuration changes, in order to resolve business systems issues by recommending business solutions that meet sponsor/stakeholder needs.
What will you do?
Provide consulting services to business partners on new initiatives (small to large of varying complexity).
Lead detailed requirement phases identifying, tracking, escalating and/or resolving business systems issues.
Assess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder needs in accordance with Enterprise Project Management Framework and Agile or Iterative Waterfall deliverables utilizing reporting tools, requirements.
Recommend business solutions that satisfy sponsor/stakeholder needs continually exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients.
Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of Requirements and Acceptance phases of projects. Facilitating small to large meetings, support testing including leading of systems & acceptance testing by facilitating participation of appropriate staff to project completion.
Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Solid knowledge of SAP Payroll including modules PA, PD, Benefits, Retirement & Savings, Security, Compensation, Employee and Manager Self-Serve Tools.
5+ years experience in an SAP HR Payroll functional analyst role with experience researching SAP HR related issues, developing process maps, completing configuration, creating technical development specs, performing application testing, gathering business requirements, and handling change management activities in support of SAP HR processes.
Solid knowledge of SAP Payroll including modules PA, PD, Benefits, Retirement & Savings, Security, Compensation, Employee and Manager Self-Serve Tools.
Strong coordination skills. Able to lead meetings with and collect Business Requirements from various stakeholders from multiple areas – HR Business, HR Service Center, Technology
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Experience in coordinating with third party vendors
Fast learner with strong soft skills for relationship management with various stakeholders
Nice-to-have
SAP HR Academy Accreditation
Experience on SAP ECC 6.0
Experience with SAP tools (e.g. email notifications, workflow, portal)
Technical Knowledge (strongly preferred):
Working knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules as well as ESS and MSS.
Worked in an agile or iWF environment
SAP NWDS
SAP Portal ITS
