The Quality Assurance Engineering Co-op will be based out of Macon, Georgia (1897 Allen Road, 31216). This is a temporary student position. The primary language of work is English.

Job Requirements
- Enrolled in Engineering Degree, Science, or Math
- Strong computer skills and statistical analysis (MS Office, Minitab)
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement tools
- Excellent attention to detail
- Meet or exceed strict deadlines
- Ability to analyze and communicate information effectively and accurately
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
The main duties/responsibilities of this role include:
- Lead and participate in product quality improvement initiatives/projects
- Assist in the preparation and execution of product trial runs (paper, packaging, etc.)
- Lead or participate in the development of trial products and studies (ie. feasibility, etc.)
- Facilitate or lead quality improvement events with employees and/or quality teams
- Conduct product testing and data analysis
- Analyze data related to quality checks, quality parameters, and corrective action plans
- Liaison for corporate technical regarding new products and upcoming trials, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
