The Team
The mandate of the Engineering Team within GIAM (Global Identity and Access Management) is to develop and integrate IAM solutions for various IAM domains including identity lifecycle management, Directories, authentication & authorization, data access management, and access governance leveraging best practices and adhering to the Bank’s policies and information security standards
The Role
The mandate of an IAM Project Advisor is to assist various on-going projects and initiatives across the Bank on the practical analysis, design, development, implementation patterns related to GIAM services and technologies. Act as a SME for GIAM solutions; both on the technical and functional side, including identify the required business and solution architecture elements in a IAM solution.
Is this role right for you?
You will support various solution architecture teams on the technical delivery of GIAM services and related components at the Bank. Components include solutions for authentication, authorization, identity provisioning, access control, physical access, and audit and monitoring solutions.
You collaborate with the GIAM Solution Architects to maintain and update and maintain the Architecture diagrams artifacts such as component diagram, data flow diagram and physical diagrams
You work closely with the GIAM Solution Architects and other Solution architects within IT and Cyber departments, GIAM project team and technical stakeholders to identify key IAM technical components as aligned to project requirements, assist in prioritizing development efforts, catalog GIAM components to project requirements, and assign them to project use cases.
You ensure appropriate collection and analysis of technical requirements based on critical client to identify deficiencies and opportunities to address tech debts as well to maintain the currency posture of all GIAM-related solution stacks.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
You have strong written and verbal communication skills required (high level proficiency level in English). Must be able to communicate technical details in a clear, understandable manner to multiple levels of an organization.
You have an excellent communication, negotiation skills and business acumen with good understanding of project management framework and delivery methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
You are customer-oriented focus with a strong interest in client satisfaction
You can identify key stakeholders and provide effective training and mentoring to maximize leadership and consulting effectiveness, client learning, and overall project team productivity
You have a minimum 5 years of architecture, design and hands-on implementation experience on access control solutions such as Web Access Management (WAM), Remote VPN, major SSO/Federation Solutions such as Azure AD, ADFS, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock OpenAM, Multifactor Authentication (MFA) and Risk Based Authentication.
You have a solid understanding of information security in general with knowledge of key information security frameworks and regulations (including SoX, FISMA, NIST, PCI)
You are familiar with multiple operating systems, such as UNIX, Windows, Linux, Tandem, AS400, Mainframe (RACF, ACF2, Top Secret).
You have Knowledge of IAM modern protocols; Provisioning: SCIM (provisioning), Authentication: OIDC, Oauth 2.0, SAML 2.0 (authentication)
You have working experience with software packages similar to those used by the division (SailPoint Identity IIQ, RadiantLogic, Centrify PAS, CA Password Authority) (asset)
You have experience with Cloud IAM technologies (asset)
You have certification(s) (CISSP, CISM, CCSP) (asset)
