POSITION SUMMARY
Our dynamic and inclusive Cyber Marketing Operations team is looking for a student with a passion for gathering and interpreting data and utilizing market insights to inform, refine, and optimize marketing campaigns and tactics. This role will be responsible for the ownership and optimization of our Google Analytics 4 platform to ensure accurate data collection and analysis to drive informed decision making. This role will also provide day-to-day marketing automation platform support for executing email campaigns and importing lead lists.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Assume responsibility for configuring Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including user management, property and data stream configurations, filters, reports and dashboards.
Create and manage custom reports and dashboards in Looker to visualize and communicate marketing data insights.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to identify trends and provide insights and recommendations for improvement and growth.
Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot tracking issues.
Offer best practices and recommendations for effective analytics tracking.
Marketing Automation:
Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot) administration including lead scoring, automation rules, list uploads, and demand generation enablement tasks.
Leverage the marketing technology stack to build, execute and manage best-in-class outbound email deployments and nurture programs.
Manage database list segmentations for inbound/outbound marketing activities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience in developing measurement and analytics solutions using Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of Google ads ecosystem (paid search/SEM, display advertising, YouTube, etc.) and paid social (e.g., LinkedIn).
Experience building effective dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or other data visualization technology.
Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen
Self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented, organized, and effective under pressure.
Can excel in a fast-paced work environment and capable of juggling multiple deadlines.
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
Experience in the use of Salesforce and/or Pardot (or similar CRM/marketing automation systems) is an asset.
Enthusiasm for staying up to date with the latest marketing and data analytics trends.
