IT Field Service Specialist (On-Site Level 2 Support)

What you’ll do

• Deliver Level 2 on-site support for hardware, software, and application issues.
• Set up and decommission workstations for user onboarding/offboarding.
• Handle IT asset inventory and coordinate asset deployments and disposals.
• Fix AV systems, meeting rooms, and surveillance equipment.
• Resolve ServiceNow incidents, ensuring SLA compliance and documentation.
• Provide updates, improvements and patches for PCs, local servers, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate on compliance, internal audits, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Manage and maintain IT procurement, vendor management, and budget tracking.
• Contribute on local, regional, and global IT projects.

What you bring to the role

• Proven Level 2 IT support experience with expertise in imaging, deploying, and handling laptops and mobile devices.
• Proficiency in ITSM tools like ServiceNow and maintaining SLAs.
• Familiarity with IT asset management, updates, and patching processes.
• Deep understanding of compliance, audit preparation, and cybersecurity practices.
• Detailed focused with the ability to prioritise and collaborate across multi-functional teams.
• Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities.
