Relevant du Directeur principal, Relations du travail, le gérant relations du travail a pour principal mandat de négocier les conventions collectives des différentes bannières et de conseiller les ressources humaines ainsi que les opérateurs en matière de rapport collectif du travail.
Principales responsabilités :
- Agir à titre de porte-parole aux différentes tables de négociation
- Négocier des ententes spécifiques avec les représentants syndicaux
- Collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes afin de favoriser une saine gestion des relations de travail
- Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de stratégies de relations de travail
- Établir et maintenir une communication constructive avec la direction, les ressources humaines ainsi que les représentants syndicaux
- Conseiller les ressources humaines ainsi que les opérateurs concernant l’interprétation des conventions collectives, politiques d’entreprise ainsi que les lois en matières de relations du travail
- Diriger les séances de formation relativement aux conventions collectives.
Expérience et qualifications :
- 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en relations du travail
- Baccalauréat en relations industrielles ou ressources humaines
- Avoir un intérêt marqué des relations de travail
- Bonne connaissances des logiciels Word, Excel et PowerPoint
- Disponibilité à voyager au Québec
- Bilinguisme (oral / écrit)
- Connaissance des lois applicables et des concepts à mettre en application dans un milieu syndiqué
- Compétences interpersonnelles exceptionnelles en communication orale et écrite et en résolution de problèmes
- Aptitude à définir les priorités de travail, à formuler des recommandations ou à mettre en œuvre des solutions
