Adecco is currently hiring a full-time highly motivated and detail-oriented D&IT Business Office Analyst to support the operations and strategic goals of our client’s Data & IT (D&IT) team in downtown Calgary, AB. This role plays a key part in financial planning, resource allocation, performance tracking, and reporting for IT projects and services.

Shift: Mon – Fri, 8 hrs./day (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)

Responsibilities:
Perform complex analysis for workforce plan and provide insights for decision making.
Lead and execute comprehensive D&IT workforce planning analyses, considering current and future staffing needs, skill requirements, and alignment with D&IT and organizational goals.
Collaborate closely with the HR team to develop and maintain accurate workforce tracking systems, ensuring real-time, reliable data for effective decision-making.
Engage in D&IT-focused space planning activities, evaluating workspace utilization, and recommending improvements for optimal efficiency and collaboration.
Generate D&IT-centric reports and present key findings to stakeholders, offering insights into IT workforce trends, space utilization, and actionable recommendations.
Work collaboratively with D&IT and cross-functional teams to understand departmental needs and align workforce and space planning strategies with D&IT project timelines.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT workforce planning, contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the D&IT domain.
Provide some ad hoc administrative support to senior management team in Data and IT Department.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within IT or technology-driven environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar.
Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of IT project lifecycle and resource planning methodologies.
Familiarity with procurement and vendor management processes is a plus.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
