About the Opportunity:
As the successful candidate you will have a Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience as a Commercial Real Estate Clerk. Your primary responsibility will be to handle all aspects of corporate/commercial real estate transactions, which includes preparing legal documents for purchase, sale, and mortgage transactions, drafting agreements, ordering title insurance policies, communicating effectively with lawyers, clients, real estate agents, banks, and mortgage brokers, and dealing with post closing matters. Experience with MS Office, Teraview and Conveyancer are a must and knowledge of PC Law and Worldox will be considered an asset.
