What you’ll do
The Power Platform Developer designs and implements solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. They create custom applications, automate processes, and generate insights from data. Collaborating with stakeholders, they gather requirements, develop user-friendly interfaces, integrate data sources, and provide problem-solving expertise to transform business processes and empower users.
- Design and develop Power Platform components that can be applied to multiple business processes and challenges within the organization.
- Support in the development and deployment of automation solutions, while working with support teams to refine business processes.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by facilitating information sharing and team cooperation.
- Continuously learn development skills and techniques associated with this changing landscape.
What you bring
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in Automation Development or Information Management.
- 2+ years of experience with automation platforms, developing efficient processes and activities across multi-environment infrastructure.
- Experience developing and customizing applications using Power Apps, including canvas apps and model-driven apps.
- Created automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and integrate with various systems and services.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem components (SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365) is a plus.
- Experience working with Agile development methodology.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, client-facing role where delivering solid work products to exceed high expectations is a measure of success.
- Willing to establish strong work relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to generate ideas and understand different points of view.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology to solve business problems.
- Familiarity with database-centric applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both a technical and non-technical manner.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome confusion and simplify complex situations.
