Reporting to the Director of Curriculum, the Head Office Administrative Assistant plays an integral role in the smooth and efficient operations of the Sprott Shaw operations systems.
Responsibilities
- Administrative duties as requested by Head Office
- As directed by the PN SME extensive Practical Nursing curriculum changes updates and corrections
- As directed by the HCA SME updates changes and corrections to the HCA curriculum
- Working with the Director of Nursing to set meetings with PN and HCA Teams in addition to taking minutes and distribution of the minutes
- Assisting Director of Nursing when required on
- Preparation for and responses to Site Visits
- New programs, new sites, closing sites documentation
- Preparation of all documentation for Accreditation
- Semi-annual Evaluations
- Gathering of final statistics for use in all reports
- Administer and work with campuses to train staff as well as administer exams on ExamSoft
- Attending and taking minutes of Curriculum team meetings as required
- Updating healthcare handbooks as required
- Updating and posting onto G2 platform as required
- Any additional duties or projects as assigned by executive management
Qualifications and Education
- Post Secondary Education preferred
- Minimum two (2) years of related working experience required
