About the role

Nous recherchons des Aides-souscripteurs, Assurance des particuliers, pour notre équipe grandissante!

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous : 

• Procéder à l'émission des polices, des avenants et des résiliations selon votre niveau d’autorité 
• Faire la saisie de données des soumissions
• Communiquer avec les représentants afin d’obtenir de l’information pertinente au dossier
• Répondre aux courriels ou appels des représentants en les guidant vers la bonne action à prendre
• Trier les documents reçus
• Fournir un support administratif à vos collègues de la souscription  

Ce que l’on recherche : 

• Diplôme d’étude secondaire complété 
• 1 an d'expérience pertinente dans un rôle de soutien administratif 
• Des gens curieux désirant apprendre et faire partie d’une équipe axée sur la collaboration 
• Des gens qui ont un sens aiguisé de l’organisation et à l’aise de naviguer simultanément au travers différents systèmes informatiques
• Des gens dotés d’une grande capacité à bien gérer son flot de travail quotidien et hebdomadaire
• Des gens autonomes qui ne craignent pas de prendre des initiatives 
• Des gens qui ont le souci de donner un service à la clientèle hors pair
• Des gens ayant une grande capacité à s’adapter au changement

Télétravail sous forme hybride : Montréal : 2020 Robert-Bourassa / Laval: 600 Lucien-Paiement / St-Hyacinthe : 2450 Girouard / Quebec : 5700 boul. des Galeries

Horaire de travail : 
Temps plein 35h/semaine 
Horaire flexible de jour du lundi au vendredi entre 8h à 17h
