Role Overview: The Salesforce Test Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test cases to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of Salesforce applications. This role involves working closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements and ensure that Salesforce solutions meet business needs and standards.

What you bring to the role:

• Overall 5+ of QA functional testing experience with focus on Salesforce testing.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Salesforce Application Testing.
• Good understanding of Salesforce and hands-on working experience with Salesforce.
• Strong experience with Salesforce modules including standard and custom objects.
• Experience with SOQL queries.
• Knowledge of Salesforce API, Rest testing.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop and execute test cases for Salesforce.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with development, product teams and participate in the design sessions to review requirements.
• Collaborate with the stakeholders to understand integration requirements and map out test cases and testing scenarios.
• Identity, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Perform data migrations and data validations with SOQL queries and reports
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile environment, including requirements review, sprint planning and release management.
• Participate in the automation strategy to help guide the automation of the functionalities.
• Perform end-to-end integration testing, including API testing, data validation, and error handling, to ensure smooth operation across interconnected systems.
