Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Administrative Lead. This is a 12 -month Onsite contract opportunity with a possibility of extension. This role is with our government client in downtown Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must be eligible for a Reliability Security Clearance.
The Bilingual Administrative Lead will have the following responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes;
Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space;
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency;
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations;
Manage schedules and deadlines;
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints;
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation;
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons;
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.);
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations;
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments;
The Bilingual Administrative Lead must meet the following mandatory Requirements:
Must have university degree in business administration or related field;
Must have 5+ years of experience working as an Administrative/ Executive Assistant;
Must have experience in managing operations of a big organization including financial systems, budgeting, human and physical resources;
Must have excellent Microsoft skills;
Spoken and written proficiency in English and French is required;
Knowledge of Workday would be an asset;
