Responsibilities :
Development of change strategies: Develop and implement innovative change management strategies that will ensure the adoption of new behaviors and tools to achieve organizational strategy and project objectives.
Impact analysis: Conduct impact analyses to understand the effects of changes on different stakeholders and existing processes.
Stakeholder management: Identify the various issues for stakeholders, and draw up plans to meet their particular needs. Survey them during the project and after delivery to adjust actions required.
Communication: In collaboration with the communications team, design and execute clear and effective communication plans to inform and engage employees at all levels of the organization.
Training and support: Identify training needs, develop a training plan in collaboration with the project team and the training team. Coordinate the development of training content.
Ongoing support: Set up performance indicators and monitoring tools to assess the effectiveness of change management strategies and the adoption of tools and processes. Identify and address resistance to change, developing solutions to overcome obstacles and encourage a culture of flexibility and adaptability.
Job requirements
University degree in management, human resources, organizational psychology or related field.
Certification in change management (e.g. PROSCI)
Minimum of 10 years' experience in change management, preferably in an HR systems transformation and implementation context.
Skills :
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
Proven experience in designing and implementing training and communication programs.
Strong analytical skills to conduct impact analyses measure adoption.
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team spirit and ability to work independently.
Highly adaptable and flexible.
Bilingualism required.- Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
