We are currently seeking to hire an additional talent for a number of Customer Service Representative job openings in Markham, ON – this is an in-office position that will have you working Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm or 9am -5pm (no evenings, weekends). In this Customer Service Representative job opening, you will be looking at a full-time, temporary commitment for at least 3 months with potential to extend or become more. - Deal directly with both consumer and corporate customers in an inbound calling environment
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints - follow up calls when required
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints in various software tools - heavy document tracking

- Set up and update account and billing information in the appropriate systems
- Help with new account creations and payment scheduling set up
- Research and liaise with internal teams to help resolve billing discrepancies and account issues

- At least 1 year experience in a similar role ideally from a corporate or business office setting - this is not a typical call center setting

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and spoken – strong listening skills

- Highly organized and strong follow through skills; confident.
