Held in recognition of Non-Binary People’s Day\, this panel invites participants to imagine queer\, trans\, and non-binary futures in the workplace while exploring practical strategies to help bring them to life. At a time when trans and non-binary rights are increasingly politicized\, employers have an important role to play in upholding human rights and fostering inclusive cultures.
