This webinar examines how employers can close the office-to-field gap and create inclusion strategies that respond to the realities of the entire workforce. \nParticipants will explore practical approaches for extending inclusion beyond the head office\, including how to ensure field workers\, trades workers\, shift workers\, contractors\, and regional teams have meaningful access to inclusion efforts\, employee networks\, reporting pathways\, and leadership support.
