How can you ensure that you are engaging in hiring and employment practices as inclusive employers\, from your volunteer role? Do you know what kind of board you are\, and how that might impact your role as an employer? What strategies can you use to engage in good governance and ensure a positive workplace culture? He brings a great deal of lived experience to the table and is a passionate Youth Advocate who seeks to help youth in both Nova Scotia\, Ontario and the Bahamas believe in themselves and increase their self-confidence through leadership and skill development programs. When Templeton thinks about the word inclusion\, he has a passion to place action into including everyone.
