In this webinar, representatives from Diversio will walk through the business case for LGBTQ2+ inclusion in today’s economy. They will discuss the need for employee-level data collection and tracking, and ways data can be leveraged to implement tactical programs and policies to promote LGBTQ2+ inclusion in the workplace. They will also present findings from an analysis of LGBTQ2+ inclusion at twenty companies from Canada, the US and the UK.
About Laura McGee and Anna Klimbovskaia
Laura and Anna lead Diversio, a tech company that helps companies identify and overcome inclusion challenges. They believe what gets measured gets done, and have developed an ROI and metric-based approach to help companies realize their diversity potential.
Laura McGee: Prior to Diversio, Laura was a consultant at McKinsey & Co, where she advised Fortune 500s and governments on how to promote diversity for better business results. She is a frequent speaker and Globe & Mail contributor, co-founder of #GoSponsorHer, and member of the Ted Rogers MBA Advisory Board. She holds a law degree from Toronto and a Master’s from Western.
Anna Klimbovskaia: Anna was previously Director of Research at RBC, where she led Future of Skills thought leadership and developed UpSkill, a digital tool helping Canadians build resilience to automation. She also led the Diversity Dividend, a pan-Canadian study on the economic benefits of diversity. She is a Board Member of the Young Women’s Leadership Network and an Advisor with TRIEC. She holds degrees from Guelph and Laurier.
