This webinar will explore the barriers faced by trans and gender non-conforming in accessing employment. We will briefly touch on the impacts these barriers have on trans and gender non-conforming communities while working to understand that washrooms and pronouns are the tip of the iceberg when it comes to cultivating and actively striving for systemic change. You will leave with some practical tips and ideas of where to begin when tackling these important issues. Most importantly, you will be left with more understanding of how responding and removing systemic barriers takes continued, sustained effort.
