Skilled Trades as an industry is changing to foster one of more inclusion and belonging. This virtual panel discussion hosted by Pride at Work Canada/Fierté au travail Canada and the Canadian Apprenticeship Forum will bring business and community leaders in the skilled trades to a discussion of LGBTQ2+ inclusion within the industry. Insights will be shared about the experiences of LGBTQ2+ employees and how skilled trades can keep up with a rapidly changing workforce that is queerer than ever.
