Employee Resource Groups can act as an integral part of an organization’s LGBTQ2+ inclusion journey. We will be focusing on what has worked well, or not as well with LGBTQ2+ employee resource groups from their creation, first meetings, and ongoing projects.
Pride at Work Canada invites representatives from its network of National and Regional Partners to a roundtable conversation hosted at the 519 on the morning of Wednesday, March 6, 2019 where we will discuss best practices in this sometimes complicated space.
