Building organizational buy in for LGBTQ2+ inclusion is a process of many facets. Even inclusive organizations can meet resistance in some areas. Advocates of LGBTQ2+ inclusion can find support within their organization from executive leadership, employee resource groups, human resources and among other departments. Pride at Work Canada invites representatives from its network of National and Regional Partners to a roundtable conversation hosted by the Government of New Brunswick on the morning of Friday, November 29, 2019 where we will discuss best practices in this area.
