Reporting to the Manager of Operations, the Workforce Specialist - Project Management will be the expert in workforce metrics, forecasting, scenario modeling & segmentation. You will have a sound understanding of workforce technologies and solve complex problems by providing a proactive analysis on business operations. This is a 14 month contract that will be based out of one of the belairdirect regional offices depending on the location of the successful applicant.
This role will give you the chance to:
Manage the WFM planner for respective region providing input for adjustments to upcoming months KPI’s
Lead the implementation of WFM/Telephony related projects
Managing projects through various process stages: initiation, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing
Create project plans that detail WBS activities along with timelines and accountabilities
Negotiation with vendors around costs and timeline deliveries
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders to deliver communications, gather feedback and approvals
Assess impacts to project outcomes and risks and relay information back to management team
Apply and integrate predictive analysis and people metrics to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision making and recommend workforce priorities to the Manager
Develop process analyses and designs while maintaining efficient, cost-effective, secure and integrated solutions
Provide support to analysts for scheduling and realtime management
Ensure that the workforce planning practices framework is aligned with belairdirect’s strategy and provide planning expertise
Work on other tasks and projects as required
3+ years in project management
3+ years of workforce management experience
Able to influence various stakeholder groups and convert strategy into action
Excellent project management and communication skills
Strategic thinker and not afraid to challenge the status quo
Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
Self starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
