As a Field Specialist you will be responsible for:
Understands electronics, hydraulics and has ability to trouble shoot all tools in the field without assistance.
Experienced in the use of rotation equipment or mechanical equipment.
Responsible for planning Altus activities at the district level in co-operation with the Operations Manager / Sales force
Gather necessary information from the customer for job coordination.
Receives and evaluates documentation from Field Specialists and monitors general condition of equipment.
Makes recommendations to Operations Manager regarding job performance of Field.
Specialists in district to include hiring, firing, and promotions and job bonus recommendations.
Receive, control and prepare necessary equipment for tractor operation according to
procedures
Take calls / dispatching duties for clients in district.
Assist operating company's representative in relation to the operations.
Responsible for the execution of operations according to Altus Procedures
Responsible for finalizing the Altus package report after job has been completed.
Responsible for complying with HSE safety guidelines.
Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of tools, truck and equipment in a professional
manner according to required checklist.
Reports non-conformities in HSE, equipment and undesired incidents to Operation Manager
Report relevant and necessary data for maintenance, statistics and experience data according.
to internal procedures
Able to instruct and assist in teaching, training and developing personnel.
Participate in professionally directed training as instructed by the company and contractors.
Participate in relevant project work/meetings/courses as required.
Participate in onshore activities such as upgrading equipment, maintenance and equipment.

To be successful in this role you will have:
High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years of O&G experience, preferably in wireline
Clean class 5 Driver's License.
Must be willing to travel.
