Communications, Marketing & Creative Services (CMC) supports Dalhousie University’s strategicpriorities by working with departments and units to tell the stories of the students, faculty, and staffwho make Dalhousie an extraordinary place.Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Web Content & Strategy, the Web Content Specialist is responsible for developing strategic web content to support the redevelopment of dal.ca, serving as a project manager when appropriate, advising/following web user experience (UX), information architecture (IA) and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices, and providing training and support to university stakeholders with respect to site planning, content writing, and web authoring.
