The Role

We are currently searching for a Warehouse Associate for a Permanent Full-Time opportunity. 

Location: Oakville, Ontario

Draught Services, a division within The Beer Store, is Canada’s oldest and largest draught service and equipment company established since 1947. We work with Brewers and Licensees towards the common goal of promoting the highest quality draught beer experience through industry leading installation, global partnerships, and an established US and Canadian dealer network. We offer nationwide installation, system cleaning and service, and support and offer Canada’s premier Keg repair service.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Part counter sales and service, answer all customer inquires both internal and external, phone and through email.
  • Process orders from ERP order system
  • Light assembly of products
  • Operate forklift and order picker
  • Prepare shipping manifests
  • Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs
  • Prepare all orders pick and pack shipment
  • Perform physical inventory procedures and cycle counts
  • Process and execute warehouse transfers, adjustments etc.
  • Investigate and document inventory variances and its resolutions
  • Track and document excat shipment arrival and departure times
  • Schedule pickups as needed
  • Fill out waybills of landing.

 

 

Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years of previous experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • College degree an asset
