Position Summary

-Modern Microsoft Office 365 solutions for the workforce, with a focus on group collaboration with Teams, SharePoint Online and Skype for Business
-Introduce new mobile tools for user groups with digital forms and workflows built with O365 Power Apps, Flow or other applications to replace paper-based or incongruous business processes
-Explore how other modern technology such as conversational agents, artificial intelligence and more can be applied to solve business problems and user pain points
-Grow adoption and support change management for User Experience initiatives
-Contribute to evolving the User Experience practice
The position reports to the IS Director, User Experience and is part of a group passionate about helping people get the most out of their technology in a modern digital workplace.? 

Core Accountabilities

- Grow user adoption and coach on O365 productivity tools and content management best practices with SharePoint/Teams
- Manage the 'Genius Bar' program, with monthly new hire and open drop-in tracks 
- Provide transition support activities for the conversion from SharePoint on-premise sites and shared drives to online cloud collaboration services (SharePoint Online, Teams); security permissions, document library configuration, metadata management, content migration, admin training, etc. 
- Define user stories, process maps and functional requirements working with different lines of business
- Planning and execution of robust test cases to ensure products meet requirements and quality standards 
- Author news articles, emails, social network posts and other creative elements of communication plans
- Create and maintain job aids and reference resources for administrators and end users
- Manage support call and change requests submitted to the User Experience queue
- Contribute to evolving the User Experience practice keeping current with the latest industry trends, research and leading practices  

Skills & Abilities: 
- Proficiency with Microsoft's core productivity applications - Office 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Yammer, etc.
- Coaching skills to encourage people to adopt new technology behaviors 
- Strong verbal communication skills, able to relate to both the non-technical user in their terms in-person and virtually 
- Conduct research to craft written communication pieces that are engaging using story-telling practices  
- Strong project management competencies able to lead initiatives, create project schedules, manage issues and risks, and create reports
- Executes with attention to detail, able to organize complex unstructured data
- Works independently
- A highly collaborative individual, with a strong team orientation bias
Education & Experience 
- Completing a University/College degree in a related field of Computer Science or Business Administration
- Familiarity with design thinking and user-centered design principles
- Exposure to adult learning principles and change management principles 
- Competency in learning new software applications
- Knowledge of an Agile framework 
- Bilingualism (English, French) is an asset but not a requirement
