This role will lead and support the Solution Design team in providing knowledge of our solutions and industry subject matter expertise to stakeholders across the company. In partnership with internal teams, you will engage healthcare organizations on how the PointClickCare network and products can provide differential value in coordinating care for their members/patients, improving population health outcomes such as readmissions or utilization trends, and reducing unnecessary healthcare costs.
Who you’ll work with:
You will report directly to the Director, Solution Design and will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal groups within PointClickCare. The role will involve frequent engagement with prospective clients, existing clients, and other external groups virtually and in person.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
·Lead the Solution Design team in providing healthcare subject matter expertise risk bearing entity (RBEs (Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and Health Plans)), value-based care (VBC), and post-acute subject matter expertise across the company to help drive client value realization and sales targets.
·Develop and continually strengthen working relationships with other cross-functional team members and leaders with a significant emphasis on the entire customer journey.
·Collaborate with the Sales team to understand prospective customer needs and effectively pitch them our products, emphasizing relevant value props and use cases.
·Partner with Product, Marketing, and Product Marketing to understand and deliver internal and external messaging to key stakeholders to support increased engagement and adoption of our network and solutions. This happens virtually, via client onsite visits and at events (conferences, webinars, etc.)
·Represent the voice of the customer through the client journey to help innovate around use cases, engagement, and synergies between acute, post-acute, ambulatory and payer landscapes.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
·Clinical background (RN, NP, LICSW, PT) and/or 5+ years of direct healthcare experience within an ACO, provider organization, or Health Plan
·Deep operational understanding of cross continuum care collaboration workflows and value based care payment models
·Familiarity with healthcare technology including electronic health record system and care management or population health systems.
·Executive presence and strong presentation skills
·West Coast based, preferably CA (Territory will include CA, NV, AZ)
·Strong relationship building and maintenance internally and externally
Travel Requirement – no less than 40%
At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base salary range for this position is $132,000 - $145,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
