The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director, Employee Experience, the Total Rewards Specialist has a hands-on responsibility for designing, delivering and administering all aspects of total rewards programming. In collaboration with the Director, the position provides strategic oversight and tactical administration of compensation, pension, benefits, and recognition related programming. The Total Rewards Specialist will seek to understand employee needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and utilize best practice research to continually improve the employee experience and support SAIT’s total rewards strategy.
This position will act as the subject matter expert to support and educate team members and employees on complex compensation, pension and benefit matters. As a valued member of the Employee Experience team, this position works closely with the Wellness and Ability Management Advisor to support and inform the overall employee health and well-being strategy.

Salary range: $85,000 - $105,000
