Hiring Manager: Richard Germain
As a technology architect, you will play a leading role in the vision and development of the company’s future technology.
Define, document and promote the target technology architecture.
Recommend technological architecture solutions.
Help deploy solutions that meet business and technical requirements as well as software licensing agreements.
Document the current and projected architecture and anticipate future growth.
Stay abreast of industry trends.
Consult on development projects.
Manage relationships with customers and providers.
Act as a facilitator between infrastructure and development groups.
Improve internal processes.
Recommend process improvements to achieve cost and performance efficiencies.
Ensure technological evolution.
Identify and implement best practices in technological architecture, provide expert advice on basic infrastructure initiatives.
Participate in architecture reviews and/or audits.
Define and maintain documentation on standards, processes and policies related to infrastructure and basic infrastructure technology.
Provide technical support to the infrastructure.
Help solve implementation problems.
Communicate system requirements and solve integration problems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering
3 to 5 years of architecture experience
Great motivation and ability to lead and influence
Proven success in large-scale deployment projects
Good technical design skills
Understanding of the application lifecycle management
Innovative approach to problem solving
Great ability to communicate, cooperate and collaborate effectively
Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry standards
Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry suppliers
Understanding and ability in technology-based documentation
