In this role, you will be primarily responsible for responding to access control requests received by the Security team, using different communication platforms.
You will also support the Security team in performing administrative duties related to security operations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, as needed.
Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
Access control — TGR requisitions:
Issue access cards and make modifications as requested;
Help with following up on and closing service tickets submitted by tenants;
Help manage photos for access cards and incident reports;
Access control — Reports:
Produce and distribute access control reports;
Help manage the access card inventory at the information desks;
Access control — Tenant key requests:
Respond to key requests and keep inventory up to date in the corresponding software program;
Inventory:
Help keep various logbooks and binders up to date;
Help with WHMIS updates;
Help follow up on equipment sent out for repair;
Help follow up on inventories of security equipment and office supplies;
Help with the document archival system;
Other:
Assist the Security team during special events;
Perform any other related duties that may be assigned.
Work hours:
Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
These hours may change based on the market and actual needs.
The key to success
High school diploma;
One year of experience managing an access control system;
Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite.
