Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate potential issues to senior management.
Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Ensure project tasks are being executed according to plan, and adjust plans as required to keep projects on track.
Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and conduct regular project status meetings.
Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and resolving resource conflicts.
Conduct post-project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
Provide guidance and support to project team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure successful execution of changes and work orders by tracking and reporting database backlog, while also addressing incidents and PBIs.
Act as Single Point of Contact of the database area.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in IT project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, databases, systems, and software development lifecycles.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
