The Opportunity
The Team Lead, Financial Planning & Reporting, directly supervises the work functions of a team of approximately 2 senior level Financial Analysts. The Team Lead oversees financial compensation analysis, institutional financial analysis and external accountability reporting. The position is also responsible for the identification of opportunities for innovation, efficiency and cost savings initiatives, coordinating and implementing changes to ensure the achievement of the unit’s goals.
Salary range: $71,086 - $116,198
Paid Leave: 4 Weeks' Vacation / 14 Flex Days per year
# of positions: 1
Hours Per Week: 37.5
