Your Role and Responsibilities
You are a key member of the product management team responsible for defining and improving the capabilities of our Supply Chain Intelligence Suite of SaaS products. You will work with cross functional teams in our Markham CA office ensuring that SCIS continues to win in the marketplace, delight our clients, and drive business value.
Responsibilities:
* Subject matter expertise in Supply Chain Intelligence Suite
* Focus on improving and expanding capabilities to meet current and future customer needs
* Perform requirements/user story identification and analysis
* Validate requirements with clients/stakeholders
* Create detailed requirements / user stories that are ready for development to implement
* Successfully launch development releases into the market to consistently drive towards strategic goals
* Manage stakeholder relationships across organizational boundaries
* Collaborate effectively with other product managers, design, development, support, sales, services and partners
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
3 years experience in each of the following:
* Experience with systems and software development processes
* Experience writing detailed requirements and/or agile stories
* Proven interpersonal skills bridging the gap between technical and business focals
* Proven ability to create compelling enablement materials (Presentations, Marketing Videos, Technical Documents)
* Experience working directly with clients and partners
* Experience in agile product development
* Proven experience creating and delivering compelling software product demonstrations
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
3 years experience in each of the following
* Domain experience in supply chain operations
* Industry experience in one or more of the following industries: Consumer Products, Industrial Products, Electronics, Retail, Automotive, Healthcare
* Experience in corporate sustainability compliance, regulation, and implementation
* Hands-on experience with supply chain data involved with creating customer solutions
* Familiarity with supply chain data models
* Working knowledge of web technologies and/or data analytics
* Experience with source control management tools (EWM, GitHub, Jenkins) and with Agile Life Cycle Management tools (EWM, Jira, Zenhub)
