Adecco is currently hiring a full-time results-driven Store Manager  (retail/Gas Bar) to lead daily operations at a gas retail bar. You’ll oversee sales, safety, staff, and customer service, while driving profitability and operational excellence. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service and the ability to manage a team this may be an opportunity for you for career growth and development. 

  • Pay Rate: up to $60K/annually (based on experience)

  • Location: Lloydminster, AB

  • Job type: Permanent Full-time

  • Relocation Assistance provided

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a positive customer experience, ensuring products and service provided aligns with the expectations of external and internal customers.

  • Managing on-site operations, including work schedules and resource allocation, supervision of employees.

  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns.

  • Order fuel, merchandise, and supplies, monitor stock levels, and minimize waste.

  • Adhere to all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. 

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

  • Monitor sales, track expenses, prepare financial reports, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures. 

  • Ensure the gas station and retail store are clean, well-maintained, and presentable.

  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve skills and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in operations or retail management (fuel, convenience, or similar industry is an asset).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-development capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, achieve targets, and elevate site performance.

  • Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial data. 

  • Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively. 

  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices. 

  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other computer software. 

  • A valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle

  • Ability to pass a clear criminal background check.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
