We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Store Design team as a Store Fixtures Procurement Supervisor. Reporting to the Procurement & Merchandising Store Design Manager, in this role you will lead the Store Fixtures Procurement Team and support the Procurement & Merchandising Store Design Manager in procuring store fixtures required to support customer experience and retail merchandising in Home stores.

What you’ll do:
- Support the Procurement & Merchandising Store Design Manager in developing and executing the Store Fixture Procurement Strategy using sourcing and supply chain analytics.
- Assist the Procurement & Merchandising Store Design Manager with selecting preferred store fixture Suppliers and negotiations of program pricing / rebates. Monitor cost changes and ensure that costs analysis is completed.
- Oversee the cost validation process cross functionally, ensure that Cost Change Analysis and Price Analysis are completed and make recommendations to the Manager to support Supplier negotiations.
- Effectively search and use industry and market insights regarding store fixtures and merchandising execution. Evaluate feasibility and practicality to determine procurement requirements best suited.
- Determine methods of procurement that are best suited for various types of store fixtures, analyze the packaging, freight and delivery to Home stores keeping inventory levels and lead times in mind.
- Supervise and provide direction of the day-to-day operations and administration of the Store Fixtures Procurement team.
- Oversee the store fixture design and procurement process to support category line reviews. Lead and collaborate with cross functional teams with respect to store fixtures, make recommendations for merchandising best practices.
- Responsible for the estimating and budgeting processes to accurately determine store project costs and ensure that the team executes with accuracy.
- Implement and maintain a comprehensive store fixture library for Dealers and store staff to reference utilizing the specifications, details, and installation guidelines from store fixture Suppliers.
What we’re looking for:
- College Diploma in Business, Procurement, Project Management. Three to five years of experience.
- Proven ability to lead a team.
- Excellent analytic skills.
- Problem analyzer, decision maker.
- The ability to multi-task and delegate effectively.
- Sound understanding of the store fixture industry.
- Strong working knowledge of store design and merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication, relationship building and organization skills.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe.
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD is an asset.
