Reporting to the Regional Manager of the Business Management Services, the Geospatial Analyst will be developing the GIS program in the region and will be conducting advanced spatial data analysis in support of regional management decision-making on resource planning, land management or other program issues.

Coquitlam is located in the Lower Mainland 10-15 km from downtown Vancouver. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • Diploma level education in both geographic information systems and natural resource management, or equivalent.
  • Experience designing and developing customized spatial applications and preparing recommendations based on natural resource interpretations.
  • Experience delivering spatial analysis projects in support of client’s business needs.
