The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within Scotiabank. We are technology partners who help the business transform how our employees around the world work. You will get to work with and learn from the only team within the Bank that is currently developing Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence algorithms and applications. You will also be able to learn from diverse industry leaders, data engineer and data scientists who have hailed from top technology.

 

Is this role right for you?

  • Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers
  • Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities Supports one or more highly complex business processes
  • Works on multiple projects as a project team member
  • Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs Works with Project Manager and management do build implementation plan
     

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst professional
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience required configuring Charles River IMS or other similar Order Management System
  • Project management skills in order to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage
  • Experience with OMS integrations
