Bell’s forward-thinking Customer Operations team is creating the ultimate service experience for our residential, wireless and small business consumers. We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.
The incumbent will perform various office duties.
- Modem billing
- Correction of PPA client file
- Send report
- Calling internet customers
- Appointment booking
- Send modem
- Respond to internal calls from different departments
- Perform all other related tasks
Profile of the holder:
Knowledge and experience:
- DEC in administrative/office technology or equivalent
- Knowledge of the Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good knowledge of Internet tools
- Strong customer orientation
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to juggle multiple activities at once and manage priorities
- Team spirit
It should be noted that all successful candidates will have to undergo a theoretical test and a practical test.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
