Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager is an innovative, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of markets and buyers, responsible for developing and leading the go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of SaaS solutions for our Acute & Payer markets. With an expert understanding of markets, buyers, users, and interdependencies across the healthcare continuum, the successful candidate for this role acts as a subject matter expert and portfolio evangelist who demonstrates and transfers knowledge about markets, buyers, users, and product/s across marketing and sales functions. This critical role is the glue that binds our business and product strategy to the marketing programs and tactics needed to achieve measurable results.
As a Sr. Product Marketing professional, you understand our market and buyers, including how they make their buying decisions. You have the critical ability to grasp and translate product capabilities into business benefits to develop and lead product launch and marketing programs that increase awareness and drive demand.
You track performance to prove what’s working and what is not and back up strategic insights with evidence and then use that knowledge to continually optimize positioning, messaging, and narratives that resonate with buyers and empower our Sales channels to be successful.
In addition to working with the Marketing team, you will regularly collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Product Management, Solution Design, Customer Success and others). It is a balancing act that requires strong diplomatic skills, including knowing when to push back and when to dive in.
