The Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management is part of LBC’s Cybersecurity organization. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and integrity of access to systems and data within the organization. They will design, implement, and manage IAM solutions, balancing security and business needs. This position requires in-depth technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong collaboration skills to enhance the organization'S overall security posture.

Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical leadership and act as a specialist in IAM processes.
- Develop and implement a comprenhensive strategy and lead strategic planning of the IAM program.
- Lead the design, deployment and management of IAM solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (HR, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk and Compliance) on relevant IAM processes to align with business objectives and to ensure compliance posture within the Bank.
- Architect and manage identity governance, privileged access management (PAM), access recertification, single sign-on (SSO), and multifactor authentication (MFA) solutions, among others.
- Integrate IAM tools with on-premise and various cloud platforms.
- Optimize authentication and authorization frameworks, including multifactor authentication (MFA) and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related technical issues.
- Conduct regular access audits, identify risks, and implement controls to mitigate any vulnerabilities.
- Maintain documentation of policies, procedures, and technical standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of security specialists.
- Provide advice and guidance on access control and IAM practices to stakeholders.
- Stay current on emerging IAM technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IAM, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Broad and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Identity and Access Management concepts, including HR-driven processes (new hires, transfers and departures, user access revalidation), IAM audit and compliance issues, privileged access management, role-based access controls, and role engineering.
- Proficiency in IAM tools such as Sailpoint, Okta, CyberArk.
- Deep understanding of directory services (e.g. Active Directory, LDAP).
- Experience in SSO, MFA, RBAC implementations.
- Knowledge of security protocols like SAML and OAuth.
- Good understanding of information security principles and IT infrastructure, including operating systems, applications and communication and network protocols
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to deliver presentations at all organizational levels
- Knowledge of the banking and financial sectors is a plus
Certifications in one or more of the major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus
